Web beacons are used in our email campaigns and also email campaigns of our customers.

Customer support/Chat

The customer support module/chat uses a third-party provider. The necessary information required for handling customer support ticket is submitted to this the third-party provider.

Your recipient's contact data and mailing list

Your recipient's contact data is yours and we never use it for our own business purposes. We will never contact your recipients and will never sell, share or disclose your lists.

The following are the only ways how we use your list data:

  • Sending of informational and promotional content based on aggregated data (we are sending you helping instructions when our system identifies you have zero mailing lists;)
  • Communication and troubleshooting (when you ask us for help with a contact list related issue)
  • Billing purposes (we calculate how many subscribers you have in your database).
  • Sending notifications (we notify you that some recipient has performed some action).
